Our Story
Our small business was founded in 2024 by Charlotte. The products that come from Art by Charlotte have been designed, handmade and carefully checked in our home studio in the North of England.
How we started
Art by Charlotte was formed once Charlotte rediscovered her love for painting. A year after having her daughter she began to find time for her hobbies and herself. Charlotte had always wanted to find a way to sell her art, though she struggled to find the confidence to do it. She began to share her digital art on Instagram whilst connecting with other artists and was surprised how much positive feedback she got from her art. There she found tutorials on how to turn her art into stationery and that felt like the perfect fit for someone who has been obsessed with stationery since a young girl.
The Artist
Hi! I founded my small stationery business as a stay-at-home-mum, in Yorkshire, UK. I mostly work digitally as that is easier now that I am a mum and I can move my iPad around with me as I chase after my duaghter! When I'm not working on new paintings or making products for Art by Charlotte you will find me baking with my daughter, reading a book or taking a long bath! Being surrounded by nature is something that I love to do as often as I can, though in UK the weather is often wet and cold!

Through our packaging we strive to create an experience that leaves a lasting impression so you will shop with us again. We put care into every order we pack, thinking of little details to show our appreciation to you, our customer.
Eco-friendly
Like many of you we desire to look after our planet to the best of our ability. Our goal is to be as eco-friendly as we can, we are cutting down on our plastic use and we reuse any packaging when we can. Even though we are a small business our small changes can make a huge difference.
