Returns policy

Our aim is to provide the best quality products. However, if you are unhappy with your order we do have a 14 day return policy.

Your item must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, the order number.

To start a return you will need to contact us either on our 'Contact Us' page or at art_by_charlotte@outlook.com. If your retuyrn is accepted, we will send you instrucrtions on how and where to send your package back to us.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for any loss in value caused by the return. Buyers will also be responible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is incorrect or faulty.

Certain items will cannot be returned, like personalised products or special orders.

Damages

Please check your order over once you have recieved it. Contact us immediately if there is any damage or if you've recieved the wrong items. We will evaluate your issue and sort it as soon as possible.

Exchanges

The best way to exchange an item would be to return the item you have, then once the return is accepted, majke a seperate oprder for the new item.

Refunds

We will contact when we have recieved and inspected your return, and let you know if youtrr refund was approved or not. If approved you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for nyou bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This is usally between 3-4 working days.
